Introduction
FCore (fcore.ai) is an AI-powered financial operations platform developed and operated by Tektonize LLC, a company registered in the State of Florida, USA (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”). FCore integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit Developer Platform to provide financial analysis, reporting, and operational insights for small and medium-sized businesses.
This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. By using FCore, you agree to the terms described below.
Information we collect
QuickBooks Online data
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account to FCore, we access and process the following data via the Intuit API:
- Financial transactions (invoices, bills, payments, expenses)
- Chart of accounts and account balances
- Customer and vendor records
- Reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, A/R and A/P aging)
We access this data in read and write modes. The following write operations may be performed, always at your explicit request:
- Creating and updating invoices, bills, and estimates
- Recording payments and expenses
- Creating and modifying customer and vendor records
- Adding and updating journal entries
- Managing products and services catalog
- Creating and updating purchase orders
- Recording bank transactions and transfers
- Managing chart of accounts (adding or editing accounts)
- Updating company settings and preferences
Account and profile data
- Name and email address
- Company name and contact information
- Billing information (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card details)
Usage and technical data
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type, operating system, device identifiers
- Pages visited, features used, session duration
- API call logs and error logs
Communications
If you contact us for support or submit feedback, we retain the content of that correspondence.
How we use your data
- To provide and operate the FCore platform and its features
- To connect to and retrieve data from your QuickBooks Online account
- To generate financial analyses, reports, and AI-powered insights
- To process payments and manage your subscription
- To send transactional communications (account alerts, billing notices)
- To improve platform functionality, fix errors, and develop new features
- To ensure security, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service
- To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements
AI processing and third-party AI providers
FCore uses OpenRouter (openrouter.ai) as an AI routing layer. OpenRouter forwards requests to underlying AI model providers, which may include Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI, Google, Mistral, and others, depending on routing configuration at the time of the request.
User consent for AI processing
Before any QuickBooks data is transmitted to AI providers, FCore requires your explicit consent. The first time you use an AI-powered feature, you will be presented with a clear disclosure screen identifying that your QuickBooks data will be processed by AI providers via OpenRouter. AI processing will not proceed until you actively confirm your agreement.
You may withdraw this consent at any time by disabling AI features in your FCore account settings.
Scope of data transmitted
When you initiate an AI-powered request, FCore transmits only the data directly relevant to that specific request. We do not send your complete QuickBooks dataset to AI providers.
OpenRouter data practices
By default, OpenRouter does not store prompt content or model responses. Only request metadata (timestamps, token counts, model used) is retained for billing purposes. FCore operates with prompt logging disabled and applies Zero Data Retention (ZDR) routing by default.
In cases where ZDR routing is unavailable for a specific provider or model, FCore will notify you prior to processing the request. You will have the option to proceed or cancel. No QuickBooks data will be transmitted to a non-ZDR provider without your explicit confirmation.

Underlying AI providers
The specific AI provider processing your request may vary. Each underlying provider maintains its own privacy and data retention policies. Providers accessible via OpenRouter include, but are not limited to, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google DeepMind, and Mistral AI.
Data sharing and disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or financial data. We may share data only in the following circumstances:
Service providers
- Intuit Inc. — QuickBooks API provider
- OpenRouter Inc. — AI routing and model aggregation. Underlying providers may include Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, and others
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Analytics and monitoring tools
Sub-processors operate under their respective terms of service and privacy policies. OpenRouter is governed by the OpenRouter Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Legal requirements
We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or government authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Tektonize LLC, our users, or others.
Business transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you prior to any such transfer.
Data retention
- QuickBooks data is retained for the duration of your active connection. You may revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings.
- Account data is retained until you request deletion of your account.
- Logs and technical data are retained for up to 12 months.
- Billing records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations.
Data security
- TLS/HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption of sensitive data at rest
- Access controls and role-based permissions
- Regular security reviews and monitoring
No system is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
QuickBooks OAuth connection
FCore connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization framework. You explicitly authorize FCore to access your QuickBooks data by completing the OAuth flow. You may disconnect FCore from your QuickBooks account at any time through:
- Your FCore account settings (Disconnect QuickBooks)
- Your QuickBooks Online account settings under Connected Apps
Disconnecting will terminate FCore's access to your QuickBooks data. We will delete synced QuickBooks data from our systems within 30 days of disconnection, unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
- Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data
- Portability — Request your data in a machine-readable format
- Objection — Object to certain types of processing
- Withdrawal of consent — Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

Children's privacy
FCore is intended for use by businesses and business professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email or in-app notification. Continued use of FCore after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
